Difficulty and wind

from official sources and the base’s experience, checked 4 Nov 2026

Difficulty: more demanding

Two long days on more open water. For an experienced crew or with a skipper; keep a spare harbour for a bad forecast (guide Route planning).

Supplies. Shops on the small islands have little stock and short hours. Do the main shopping in Biograd.

Wind

The outer islands are more exposed: the jugo (SE) brings swell from the open sea and the bora (NE) blows in gusts. With a bad forecast, days 2 and 3 can be replaced by a shorter loop round Ugljan.
